All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We ship within the United States, United Kingdom and Internationally

3. Order Tracking

After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email at info@alphamensus.com.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

4. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

ALPHAMENS is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@alphamensus.com before your order is processed.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

ALPHAMENS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

If you need assistance, contact us and we will do our best to help you file a claim.

6. Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

7. International Shipping

At this time, ALPHAMENS ships worldwide. If international shipping becomes unavailable, this policy will be updated accordingly.
